Scott Beck of Becksight Land Surveying, LLC, brings over 14 years of experience in land surveying, with expertise across nearly every discipline, including boundary surveying, geodetics, location surveys, GIS, and field-to-finish techniques.

He approaches every project as a careful and objective fact-finder, committed to thoroughly researching and evaluating all available evidence to accurately and clearly resolve land boundaries.

 

Over his career, he has worked on many recorded property maps and legal land descriptions. His work reflects a strong dedication to professional standards and public service, with a focus on delivering clear, reliable results for his clients.

 

He is a Part 107–certified UAS pilot, providing high-accuracy aerial imagery and surface modeling for projects of all sizes. With an emphasis on geodetic surveying, he offers precision services such as FEMA flood certificates, LiDAR surveys, as-builts, and more. Scott holds a master’s degree in Applied Meteorology and entered the profession through a strong interest in geographic information systems, a background that continues to inform his work in the field and office.
